Sam Gaukroger, managing director of Cogent Staffing, has launched the business after a decade of working in recruitment in the region, specialising in industrial, technical and commercial recruitment.
On the launch, Sam said, “I’ve built up a large network of clients and candidates over the years, and have loved being able to find the right roles for people, and the right people for businesses – but I’ve always been working for someone else. With the investment and support of the Bluestones Group I’ve finally been able to realise my vision of starting my own recruitment agency and putting all my experience to good use in building that business”.
