Bluestones Group gains 16 places in Top UK Recruiters league table

The results of Recruitment International’s Top UK Recruiters 2017 report has now been revealed and Bluestones Group has improved on the previous year, placing an impressive 133rd. With steady growth in turnover, headcount and profit, the Group has jumped a considerable 16 places compared to the previous year.

Based on the figures from the 2015/16 financial year, turnover grew by 30% which allowed Bluestones Group to place much higher up the table.

Commenting on the successful results, Group CEO Steve Pendergast said:

There are more than 27,000 recruitment organisations in the UK, so to feature so high up in the league tables in the short space of time that the Group has been in operation is really impressive. It’s a testament to the hard work of everyone in the Group who has contributed to this success.

The Group’s turnover increased from £36.2m in 2014/15 to £47.2m in 2015/16 while headcount grew by 50, totalling 130 members of staff at the time. With headcount currently at more than 200 people and turnover for last year at £59.8m, with this growth trajectory the Group is expecting to break into the top 100 next year.
